We might not be fully aware of them, but core beliefs colour our life. If we deep down have a belief of not being worthy, we will behave and think according to that, creating those exact circumstances that confirm the belief of ‘not being worthy’.
These core beliefs are created by experiences we have throughout our life and they exist in the subconscious mind. That’s why I feel innerchild work is so important, because that’s when you were in a rather unconscious state and created a lot of beliefs that stay there until you address them.
I see a lot of people just ‘burry’ their sorrow in the hopes of getting rid of it. Yet the only way to truly get rid of it, is to look it in the eye. Otherwise they will only create a gap between mind and body, probably resulting in physical complaints (which is the body SCREAMING for attention).
