Majority of us have emotional baggage we drag through life, affecting our relationships, feeling of wellbeing and quality of life. These are left-overs from emotional experiences that aren’t processed well. The energy gets stuck in the body and can lead to aches and illness in the body, but also mental imbalances.

But luckily we can CHOOSE to put the baggage down and live light and free in a very easy manner. We do this through discharging stuck emotions.

This goes through working with the subconscious mind, which helps our body find it’s natural balance again. Did you know our intelligence contains 99% of the subconscious mind? That means the conscious mind is just 1% of that!! 😦

I incorporate energy healing techniques in my sessions in order to achieve that balance in the body. Eventhough, as a psychologist, I really love to hear comprehensive stories on the origines of certain emotions, this technique does not require that in order to process and let go of the emotions. That makes it a very quick and efficient healing method!
