The last topic in these series, but definitely an important one. Because what you tell yourself, you are also consuming as well and therefore impacting your energy.

We have an average of 6.000 thoughts per day. Most of them are subconscious and stem from previous experiences and programming.

One way to change them is to become aware of what these thoughts are. What stories are you telling yourself? Are they lifting you up or bringing you down? Are they aligned to your goals and heart’s wishes or are they holding you back? Investigate your mind! Becoming aware of what thoughts there are, is helping in changing them already.

Another way to change your thoughts is change your frequencies so thoughts that matches other frequencies won’t align anymore. This works the other way around as well: if you affirm yourself everyday for instance you will also change your overall frequency.

Consuming isn’t only an outside thing, but also internal as you can see. Honour yourself and stay aware of what you are ‘feeding’ yourself in any way.
