Intuition Exercise

Dear one, in these confusing times it can be hard to discern what to think, believe or do. Know that the heart always knows, with it’s innate wisdom. I would like to offer you an exercise you can use whenever information is presented from an outside source, no matter the subject.

Close your eyes and focus on your heart area for a moment. Then after a few seconds of focus, ask yourself, “Does what I now read/hear feel sincere to me?” And then check which answer comes up first (usually before a “yes but” story follows).

Answer yes? Keep it up!
Answer no? Find out for yourself why not.

It’s okay to be critical and have doubts. It is not selfish to listen to your feelings. You do not have to believe everything that is presented to you, you can let it go through your own filter and then decide for yourself how it is for you and what you want to do with it. Pressure and fear affect parts of your brain, making decisions more difficult. The truth is in your heart tho and you can always return to it.
