What I figured after many years of working as a psychologist, is that the root of emotional imbalance often lies in a lack of selflove.

Selflove is cherishing and honouring yourself in every experienced state. We accept our desired feelings, thoughts and actions, as well as those we would like to hide or run away from. These are all parts of you that make you one whole.

Accept and love yourself fully without conditions and judgements. There’s nothing in the way of loving yourself more everyday.
